I’ve spent over 20 years advising senior executives in some of the UK’s top institutions, including Transport for London, Macmillan Cancer Support and the Commission for Racial Equality. They’ll all tell you I’m a good listener and an even better doer.
Before moving into consulting, I was Head of Internal Communication & Engagement at the BBC.
I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), skilled in strategic internal communications, change facilitation, copywriting, media relations, PR and social media management.

I became a communications consultant to help companies create kind, inclusive workplaces where leaders are trusted and colleagues feel motivated to be productive, speak up and share their stories.
Having recently completed a Post-graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing at Work with the University of Sussex, I can’t wait to inspire even more organisations to adopt my KIND™ model of employee engagement.
